Their experiences include objects moving on their own, ghostly apparitions, and eerie noises in the stairwell and garage. One terrifying incident involved seeing a face behind an old safe, and the activity has only intensified, with disembodied voices and objects being thrown. The family struggles to find an explanation for these persistent disturbances.

The second story features a frightening late-night encounter. The storyteller describes seeing a black, hunched figure at the top of their stairs shortly after going to bed. Paralyzed with fear and noticing an inexplicable coldness in the room despite it being summer, they recount this unsettling experience as their first brush with the paranormal.
